Artfully pairing chocolate-infused cocktails with elements of a traditional afternoon tea, this celebration of the world’s favourite sweet treat is the perfect feel-good winter indulgence. Enjoy savoury afternoon tea sandwiches together with a menu of chocolate-inspired scones, cakes and cocktails that masterfully pairs the delicate taste notes of the food and drink.
Designed by celebrated pastry chef, Thibault Marchand, winner of Bake Off: The Professionals 2019 and cocktail connoisseur, Sean Fennelly, showpieces include a Macae (62%) and blackcurrant petit gateau, and a tonka bean, lime and Kalingo (64%) chocolate choux. Cocktails take reference from early Mayan culture through to 30s Italian Futurism and include an indulgent cherry and Bahibé (46%) and aromatic Champagne spritz.
Set against a backdrop of cosy flamboyancy, our chocolate afternoon tea is served Thursday – Sunday, 12 noon – 3pm, as of 1st of November (over 18s only).
Price: £65 per person (£45 per person non-alcoholic option). Vegetarian and non-gluten containing options available.
